1. How many layers of PCB can you produce?
   We provide 1-80 layer PCB sampling, mass production service.
2. How long time does it takes to make a 10pcs PCB samples?
   It depends on the specific situation of the board, we provide one-on-one VIP services without the need to fill out various data online. Usually, boards with less than 4 layer takes 3 days, 6-8 layer takes 7 days, 10 layer takes 12 days, and boards with more than 20 layer takes 30 days.
3.  How do you support our BOM procurement?
   HTT procures materials for hundreds of BOMs every day, with abundant channel stock resources and good cooperation with brand owners. Usually, we can provide quotes based on customer BOMs within one day, with discounted prices. Customers can decide whether to purchase by themselves or by HTT based on their own understanding of the price.
4. What kind of test do you do to make sure the the assembled PCB are OK？  

For samples and small batch, we usually do the following test:
1> In addition to incoming inspection, we conduct first piece testing after pasting the first PCB. We import the circuit connection diagram into the computer and check if the PCB contacts are correctly mounted.
2> AOI testing ensures the consistency of the board.
3> Flying needle test. (Optional) Eliminate situations such as false soldering and false soldering.
